Consultation Refunds

Consultation Refunds

We can provide a full refund for your consultation fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

To cancel and request a refund, please email us at support@harleyweightlossclinic.com with your appointment reference number.

Medication Returns

Once medication is dispensed, the product becomes labeled and packed specifically for you and we are unable to re-use it. Due to this as well as US federal and state legislation governing prescription medication, you will not be able to cancel your order after it is dispensed and we are unable to offer you a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have received your order and changed your mind at any time after it was dispensed, you will be unable to return it and we will be unable to offer a refund.

Orders can be processed and dispensed on the same day of placing the order. If you would like to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notice

Harley Weight Loss Clinic does not manufacture any medicines and only facilitates access to medications that are FDA-approved for use in the United States. You are not entitled to a refund if the efficacy does not meet your expectation or if you have been unable to lose a desired amount of weight. Undesirable side effects do occur when taking prescription medication. We are therefore unable to offer any refunds in the case of side effects. We strongly advise ordering the smallest available quantity of medication when first ordering to avoid the need to discard medication in case you cannot tolerate it. Prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of prescription medicines in the United States.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you have received a faulty device or pen, contact us immediately and within 24 to 48 hours by emailing support@harleyweightlossclinic.com and we will look into the matter for you right away. You may be asked to return the unused pen to our pharmacy partner using a tracked delivery method with a description of the fault. The device will be tested and a case will be opened with the manufacturer for investigation. If confirmed faulty, the device will be replaced free of charge.

Please note that this process can take up to 6 weeks. Any faulty devices must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do NOT send any products, medication, or devices back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so in writing. We will have to discard any items received without prior authorization and will not be liable for issuing refunds for any returned items unless we have asked you to return them in writing by email.
