Thank you for choosing Harley Weight Loss Clinic. These Terms of Sale explain how purchasing products and services from our platform works. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything below, alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Before You Place an Order

Our platform is designed for adults aged 18 or over who are residents of a US state in which our service currently operates. All prescription weight loss treatments are only available following a clinical assessment and require approval from a licensed US healthcare provider.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are a resident of a US state where our service operates
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
  • You understand that prescription treatments require clinical assessment and approval before they can be dispensed

We are here to guide you with trusted clinical information and personalized care, but only you and your licensed healthcare provider can determine whether a treatment is right for you.

How to Complete Your Purchase

Placing an order is straightforward, but accuracy matters. Here is how to do it:

  1. Explore and choose: Browse our programmes and treatments and select what suits your needs and prescription
  2. Complete your clinical assessment: All prescription treatments require completion of our online questionnaire and clinical review before an order can be confirmed
  3. Share your details: Enter your contact, shipping, and payment information carefully and accurately
  4. Check everything: Review your order before confirming to make sure everything is correct
  5. Receive confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. At this point, a contract of sale is formed between you and Harley Weight Loss Clinic LLC

Paying for Your Order

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our authorized US payment partner. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

All prices listed on our website include any applicable federal taxes. State sales tax may apply depending on your location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Please note that prices may change from time to time, but the amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay for that order.

Prescription Verification

All prescription medication orders are subject to verification by our licensed clinical partner network before any medication is dispensed. By submitting a prescription order, you confirm that all information provided during your clinical assessment is accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to decline any order where the clinical assessment cannot be completed or where our licensed clinicians determine that the requested treatment is not appropriate for you. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Getting Your Order Delivered

We aim to process and dispatch all approved orders promptly following clinical approval and prescription verification. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout. Any shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Temperature-sensitive GLP-1 injectable medications are shipped in cold-chain compliant packaging to maintain medication integrity during transit.

All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If incorrect details are provided, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or missed deliveries.

Someone must be available to receive temperature-sensitive medications. We are not responsible for medications that are compromised due to a failed or missed delivery caused by your unavailability.

If You Change Your Mind

Due to US federal and state regulations governing prescription medications, once a prescription medication has been dispensed it cannot be returned and we are unable to issue a refund. Prescription medications are dispensed specifically for you and cannot be reused, restocked, or resold under applicable law.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at support@harleyweightlossclinic.com. Orders can be processed and dispensed on the same day of placing the order, so cancellation is only possible before dispensing has occurred.

For non-prescription programme fees such as coaching or nutrition plans, you may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase provided the service has not been substantially delivered. To request a cancellation, please email support@harleyweightlossclinic.com.

A few things to remember:

  • Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed under any circumstances
  • You are not entitled to a refund because the medication did not produce your expected weight loss result
  • You are not entitled to a refund because you have experienced side effects. Side effects are a known and documented risk of all prescription medications. Please consult your prescribing clinician if you experience side effects
  • Items returned without our prior written authorization will be discarded and no refund will be issued
  • We strongly advise ordering the smallest available quantity when starting a new prescription medication for the first time

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you have received a faulty device or pen, contact us immediately and within 24 to 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@harleyweightlossclinic.com. Please include a description of the fault and photographs where possible.

You may be asked to return the unused device to our pharmacy partner using a tracked delivery method. The device will be tested and a case will be opened with the manufacturer for investigation. If the fault is confirmed, the device will be replaced free of charge.

Please note that this investigation process can take up to 6 weeks due to manufacturer requirements. Any faulty devices must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do NOT send any products, medication, or devices back to us unless we have specifically asked you to do so in writing. We will have to discard any items received without prior written authorization and we will not be liable for issuing refunds for any returned items unless we have asked you to return them in writing.

Important Notice on Prescription Medication

Harley Weight Loss Clinic does not manufacture any medicines. We only facilitate access to medications that are FDA-approved for use in the United States and that are dispensed by our licensed US pharmacy partner.

You are not entitled to a refund if the efficacy of the medication does not meet your expectation or if you have been unable to achieve a desired amount of weight loss. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Undesirable side effects do occur when taking prescription medication and we are unable to offer any refunds in the case of side effects.

Prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of prescription medicines in the United States.

Our Responsibility to You

We take your trust seriously. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US federal and Florida state law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service. Harley Weight Loss Clinic LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable US law.

The Law That Applies

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida, unless federal law requires otherwise.
